At a 1 TeV matching scale and the declared first-generation Yukawas, the published one-loop R2 hard match gives Re(C_eB)<0 for every nonzero complex pair of its two chiral couplings; it cannot realize the frozen nonzero-eW, zero-eB input boundary by itself.
