Conditional pp/pep joint source-reaction Fisher directions

A versioned matrix operator combines the corrected two-reaction B16 full-recoil Jacobian with the SK published Gaussian surrogate for Borexino pp/pep fitted-rate correlations, and checks the reaction-basis rate vector against the direct frozen template. A second operator holds marginal scales fixed while stressing the rate geometry with Borexino's released method-specific correlations.
