B23 pp center-of-mass Doppler Standard Model spectrum control

The existing B23-GS98 conditional pp entrance and static allowed-current source kernel is convolved with its radius-dependent longitudinal proton-pair center-of-mass Maxwell velocity, then compared with the separately calculated Bahcall pp spectrum table.
