B23 pp on-shell deuteron-recoil Standard Model spectrum control

The same B23-GS98 pp entrance state and allowed Standard Model current are recomputed with an on-shell recoiling deuteron, final-state phase space, and the energy-conservation Jacobian, then compared with Bahcall's separately calculated effective-endpoint spectrum.
