B23 pp thermal mean-energy versus endpoint convention audit
ID: solar.weak.b23_pp_thermal_observable_convention_audit
Bahcall 1991's source-temperature formula is a mean-neutrino-energy change, while Bahcall 1997 applies a slightly different coefficient as an effective pp endpoint increment. A same-grid B23 allowed-current replay measures the actual mean change caused by that endpoint increment.

Claim boundaries
- This badge locates a theory claim; it does not validate a physical effect or engineering application.
