The byte-pinned official Argonne v18 source produces distinct nn and np nuclear triplet-P potentials, including the coupled 3P2-3F2 tensor channel. A regular radial solver matches their phases to the authors' own tabulation and normalizes interior waves by unit incoming partial-wave amplitude.
