- Penrose Relational Branch-Incompatibility Candidate — Registers a boundary-independent Stage-0 Penrose-inspired theory object and a fail-closed completeness preflight without pretending that the missing branch correspondence or reduction dynamics has been solved.
- Penrose Relational Correspondence Stage-0.1 — Tests one branch-blind apparatus-landmark convention for comparing weak-field laboratory branches before any incompatibility functional or collapse law is admitted.
- Positive-Result Composition and Internal-Energy Successor — Registers a future material, isotope, and internal-energy universality comparison that remains blocked until a powered independent replication of the parent coherence residual exists.
- Casimir / DP Quantum-Foam Study Claim Boundary — Keeps the study diagnostic until the material, branch-provenance, bounds, observable-bridge, sensitivity, and reproduction gates close.
- Yamashita finite-Yukawa Jeans-moment proxy — A converged Maxwell-distribution proxy averages the exact attractive finite-range p-wave Yukawa kernel at the Stenhouse Milky Way and dwarf RMS speeds. The dwarf-to-halo rate ratio is 0.08886, compared with 0.02355 for the Cassel-Hulthen approximation and 0.02407 at Yamashita's representative speeds; the halo-anchored dwarf rate is 2.40e-25 cubic centimeters per second.
- Stenhouse pure-law velocity cross-check — A public pure-p-wave and unsaturated Coulomb 1/v conversion replay gives halo-comparable dwarf limits of 2.54e-23 and 1.73e-26 cubic centimeters per second at 550 GeV. The scale ordering is consistent with the paper's approximate ratios, but this is not the finite-mass Yukawa model or a joint fit.
- Bosonic dark-sector and xenon compatibility screen — The current scale screen separates an ultralight boson-star benchmark from GeV-to-TeV xenon and gamma-ray candidates. The illustrative 1e-17 eV free-field constituent can support an Sgr A*-scale mass benchmark but cannot supply ordinary elastic xenon recoils; heavier candidates can reach recoil energies in some cases but do not inherit that star solution. A multicomponent sector is a construction option, not an established connection.
- Shared scattering normalization bridge gate — For one weak-scattering channel with a common multiplicative strength, the xenon expected count and interferometer decoherence exponent can be written as lambda_Xe=A K_Xe and D=A K_coh, so D/lambda_Xe=K_coh/K_Xe when the xenon kernel is nonzero. The identity is a normalization strategy; the target and coherence kernels have not yet been evaluated for the same microscopic interaction.
- Yb-171 Terrestrial Clock Redshift Prediction — Predicts the differential optical-clock frequency and phase from an independently surveyed potential difference.
- Opposite Energy–Spin Clock Preparations — Defines two distributed single-excitation states with reversed association between optical energy and nuclear spin.
- Clock Correlation Dimensionless Response Test — Compares the classical redshift coefficient with the mean and half-difference of two quantum-encoding responses.
- One-dimensional advection–diffusion model — A concentration field is transported at fixed velocity and diffuses with a nonnegative scalar diffusivity on a periodic one-dimensional domain.
- Zero-gradient diffusive-flux contract — For the enrolled constitutive definition, a zero spatial gradient produces zero diffusive flux for every diffusivity value.
- Diffusivity-intervention evidence closure — Compare the enrolled Dxx = 0.01 baseline with the permitted Dxx = 0.02 intervention through a pinned formal contract and two distinct numerical solvers.
- Orch-OR Coherence Window — Compares an exploratory DP timescale with a measured or hypothesized microtubule coherence lifetime.
- Microtubule Mode Frequency — Reference node for measured or modeled microtubule vibrational and transport-mode spectra.

- Electron Cloud Uncertainty Floor — Represents the position-momentum uncertainty lower bound as electron-cloud structure context.
- Pauli Shell Structure Context — Pauli exclusion bars identical fermions from the same complete quantum state, not from every overlapping spatial region. Two electrons can share a spatial orbital when their spin states differ; a fermion and a boson are different particle types, so Pauli exclusion does not bar their spatial overlap. Mass alone does not decide these statistics.
